Two Factories, Every Step From Bare Metal to Finished Part

Metal Coatings runs media blasting, chemical pretreatment, electrostatic application, and curing in-house. Nothing leaves our floor between steps, so nothing gets lost between vendors either.

PROCESS

How a Part Gets Finished

Four stages, every batch, in order — nothing skipped, nothing outsourced.

Prep

Parts are degreased, media blasted, and chemically pretreated. Rust and mill scale don't get sealed in — they get removed.

Apply

Powder is charged and sprayed electrostatically, so it wraps evenly into corners and edges, not just flat faces.

Cure

Parts bake at temperature until the powder melts and fuses into one continuous, hard shell.

Inspect

Every batch gets checked for thickness, adhesion, and color match before it ships.
